29 January 2004 -I typed up a song for the verse section; At the Green Dragon from FOTR Special Extended Edition. Soon I plan to type up the book versions of that song and The Steward of Gondor.

28 January 3004- Got a bit of time to work on the site today, I added a new section, Verse. This section is for all of Pippin's poems and songs that he recites or sings in the book or movie. So if you're looking for lyrics, go there! I haven't had time to type up all my favourites yet but eventually they will all be there. If you happen to have something typed up send it to me so I can post it! I'm still looking for Boromir stuff, January isn't quite over yet! Boromir seems to have really been a flop in terms of getting contributions... heh. I like him. But any suggestions for next month's character, that I might actually get people to send me stuff for? Also today I edited my the appearance of my links; it occurred to me that having them all one colour made them hard to read. The separate links stand out a bit better now.

January 13 2004- I'm back! And a happy New Year to all of you! I hope everyone's seen ROTK at least once; I, alas, have only seen it twice but don't worry I will be going again! I know it's been a few weeks since I updated, that's because Christmas and other things have made me very busy and slightly forgetful. But no worries, I will once again be making an effort to update often. I've decided that Boromir will remain Character of the Month for January as well as December because January has already started so it's a bit late to switch and I really didn't get enough up about Boromir during December so we will try again this month, I've added two new pics. And feel free to send in suggestions for February's character! Also I think it is worth noting that this website now has more than 2000 hits! I think this is worth celebrating!

December 19 2003- The Return of the King is OUT! OUT OUT! And I have seen it! I am totally in awe. Pippin rocks. He's so brave and amazing!

December 16 2003- The Boromir page has been updated! Because my friend Anna sent me a pic she drew! Go to the Boromir page and see it! Much thanks to Anna for contributing. Also I haven't missed a day yet on the tidbits page, be sure to check back. And look at yesterday's, that was the tidbit that inspired me to start the section. And ROTK is out tomorrow... However I may not be able to see it till Thursday or Saturday  because alas I am not old ebough to drive and don't live near enough to a movie theatre to walk... But I WILL be seeing it as soon  as possible and I promise to update as soon as I've seen with all my scary opinions and observations! Yes, you should be frightened.

December 8 again- It being a snow day I had lots of time to work on the site today! I updated the About Me section (it was much fun to write, go read it!) and put the original layout on its own "Old Layout" page in the links section.

December 8 2003- Another new feature! Daily Tidbits, which I will be trying to update daily with a new quote or observation about or by Pippin! And you can submit tidbits too by sending them to me, tsarmina@pioneerstreet.com. And remember to check back each day for new ones!

December 7 2003- New feature! Character of the Month! I was watching FOTR today and started thinking about all the characters who appreciate Pippin and decided to feature one other character a month on my site, starting with Boromir for December. My site is, of course, Just Pippin so characters of the month will focus on that character's interactions with Pippin. So please go to my new page, and contribute to it! I will post anything you send me about Boromir till the end of December. And banners should be working now.

December 6 again- The banners aren't working and I don't know why. Will fix tomorrow.

December 6 2003-New Layout! Tell me what you think. If you want to see the old layout click on the About Me link above. I haven't changed it there yet. I also slightly edited my opening text, and fixed the link to Pippin's Home on the Net on my links page. Check it out, fun extras and extremely pretty layout. And I have added a page for banners; if you would like to link to me please save one and use it! And email me and I will link to you. While surfing the net for pictures today (I spent 2 hours and didn't find what I was looking for; does anyone have pics from the ent draught scene in TTT extended Ediion?) I came across a topic thread on some web board about Pippin. Lots of insight into his character and very fun read. He's very handsome. I'm not posting any ROTK pics here in an effort to remain spoiler-free. Which is also why I am not buying the ROTK soundtrack, which is OUT and has a song on it sung by Pippin! I will be buying that after I see the movie, which is out in... 11 days!

November 30 2003 Well what do you know, I'm back! It's been *counts on fingers* eight months. *cringes in embarrassment* Sorry! But I'm hoping to get back to work on this site now. TTT Special Edition is out! They've added the Ent Draught scene which is adorable and features Pippin! And they added Flotsam and Jetsam! My favourite chapter from the book and I am so glad to see it on screen! *starts happily quoting new scenes* And Billy's new movie, Master and Commander is out. Awesome movie, most especially the five minutes that Billy was in! And it may have been ten minutes:) So anyway I haven't really changed anything here yet but I have plans for making the site better, and please email me if you have any suggestions. My counter seems to be broken and I don't know why yet but I had upwards of a thousand hits which means people actually do stumble upon this site! I'm considering doing a new layout just for a change but I don't know because I still love this layout so much. We'll see. And I warn you I will be changing my email address soon due to all the spam I've been recieving. The new address will be posted here as soon as I get it. That's all for now but check back soon because I will be changing things!

March 2 2003 Hello SORRY I haven't updated in AGES.... Also an apology to KT Greykitty for taking so long to link to her site, Pippin's Home on the Web . You can follow that link or go to my links page, which has been organized a bit. And thanks to Lauren and Amanda for emailing me! Also I have more than 500 hits, which I think is spiffy! And I've joined Gwemegil, a clique for female LOTR webmasters. That's the pretty Eowyn button at the bottom. And there's something I have to brag about and since it's LOTR related I think I'm allowed: I bought Glamdring! (That's Gandalf's sword for anyone who hasn't read the book more than a dozen times.) Yeah you can get replicas of all the LOTR movie swords from United Cutlery, and Glamdring is SOO spiffy! And he is HUGE: four feet long!!! And you can't buy Pippin's sword or I would have. But a note for anyone who wants to buy LOTR swords: DON'T GET THEM FROM LOTR STORES! At LOTR places Glamdring was sold at the list price of $350, but if you go to sword places and armouries you can get him for around $200. Also try eBay; I only paid &184 including shipping and handling! Okay I think that's all.

Jan. 26 2003 Well I finally moved most of my updates to another page, they were really annoying me when I was working on the site. So now there will be only three on this page at a time. Thanks for your email, Anna! That is six emails now. Also perhaps you've noticed that all the font is a more tolerable size if you're using IE or Mozilla. I just got Dreamweaver and it is much better at that sort of thing. I've joined one clique and two fanlistings since the last update, too. Just a Hobbit is the clique, and I've joined Chemical Heart and ULOTR (Ultimate Lord of the Rings Web Directory). I don't think I've been listed at any of them yet, but hopefully I will be soon! I can't wait! Oh and I also joined Someone Needs a Hug.

Jan. 18 2003 Hi everybody! More than 200 HITS! MWA HA HA HA HA! And two more emails! WOW thanks Katherine Tong and the Taylor Rose! Heh heh I just got back from seeing The Two Towers yet again...... such a good movie...... *stares off dreamily into space thinking happy thoughts about Pippin* heh heh WOW good movie! And still amazing the third time!! WOW good movie!!!! Yeah I was still screaming during the battle..... SOO exciting..... And it is such great fun seeing all sorts of stuff that you missed the first time.. not that I missed much but I appreciate even the tiniest stuff. And it is great fun also to stay for the credits. For one thing Gollum's song, which is the credit song, is cool, even though it's freaky and sad. Also, like WOW, SOO much work went into that production. The credits really help you appreciate it all. The scale is amazing. Oh also I signed up at another Fanlist; Mushrooms. The button is at the bottom of the updates with all my other buttons. It is cute!

Jan. 15 2003 Hey an LOTR poster I ordered finally came! It is not of Pippin, because there ARE no posters of Pippin, *kicks a helmet and screams in frustration like Aragorn did in TTT* but it is a cool poster of the hunters, Aragorn Legolas and Gimli. But really, why is there no spiffy Pippin merchandise? It is discriminating and totally unfair. Someone should protest. I got another email today! Thanks Jona Fakilich! That is three emails now! I'm excited. Also I finally have my links page up! It is rather incomplete, but remember if you want your LOTR page to be a part of it just email me, and link to me at your site! And my hits counter is like at one hundred and ninety! There will be a celebration when it reaches two hundred.

Jan. 12, 2003 You may notice my welcoming text has undergone a few slight renovations; I could no longer say that no one has ever been here, because two people have emailed me and told me they liked it! Thanx so much Jessie Sheperd and Carrie Joans!! I love you! And this site is also getting some hits from people who have NOT emailed me, my counter keeps going up and has PASSED one hundred and SEVENTY!!! But if you are reading this and like the site, remember I would appreciate it so much if you emailed me! It doesn't take long, you don't have to write a letter or anything, a little note is fine! Jan. 1, 2003 Mwa ha ha ha ha! My first update of two thousand and three! I wish to take this opportunity to wish you all good luck and good fortune in the coming year! Well there is one New Year's Resolution I would like to make known: by this time next year I will be hosting a Pippin Clique! I've got some great ideas, but I know nothing about pesky html script. I am looking for a good website that will teach me about it. If you have any suggestions please email me at tsarmina@pioneerstreet.com. So once again, Happy New Years! If I make this update any longer I will fall asleep on the keyboard, so that is all!

Dec. 30, 2002 heh heh I saw The Two Towers yet again on Sunday! I had a free ticket I had to use up and was dying to see that movie again! It was great fun, but I do not understand some people's sense of humor. Here I was, shreiking with unsuppressed laughter whenever Pippin said anything, and no one else in the whole theatre was giggling one bit! Some People! I joined another Pippin Fanlisting today, It's the button at the bottom that says "Pippin Fan". It is a cute and larger than normal button, so 'twas worth joining! Also I realize that I am not very good at updating and I will try to update more often! I put my name down to join Pepper a little while ago, and now I am finally officially a member. Look for Grace Elizabeth on the Members page after clicking on the "Pepper" button at the bottom of the page.

Dec. 26, 2002 I SAW THE TWO TOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heh heh WOW. Great movie. And Pippin was WONDERFUL! Although he wasn't given enough screen time. I thought that was rather sad. And neither he nor Merry asked Ugluk for Bed and Breakfast. I'm thinking it must be in a cut scene. And I will have to wait a year for the special DVD to find out, so no use brooding on it now. But everything he did do was great. Except for a minute he thought they should go back home. I was screaming at him. Ah but then he pulled through. GO PIPPIN! He got Treebeard to see Isengard, so he was responsible for rousing the ents! But the movie ended before the book so we did not see Pippin in mortal peril when he looks into the orthanc stone. Oh dear. I do hope they don't leave it out of the next one. Yes that is the one problem with TTT, It leaves far too much to be covered by the next book: the orthanc stone, Shelob, Gollum's treachery, Merry becoming friends with Theoden, and other stuff. I just don't see how they can do ROTK in three hours. It'll have to be like five. But Pippin wasn't the only good thing about this movie. The battle of the Hornburg... Oh glorious event.. The battle is very long, but it is SOO exciting! I was like, trembling on the edge of my seat and screaming the whole way through. Well I wasn't screaming out loud, but in my head I was doing war cries and egging Legolas and Gimli and Aragorn on and having the Greatest time! So if you are any kind of LOTR fan and haven't seen this yet, go see it. If you are a Pippin fan, Go see it. If you've already seen it, go see it again!

Dec. 16, 2002 Just a very few days until The Two Towers is out! I am not able to go until the day after Christmas so do not expect any updates until then. (Yes I love to pretend that a bunch of people visit this site every day and are waiting with great anticipation for my very lame notes and updates! It is much fun.) I simply cannot wait to see this movie, though! In TTT Pip and Merry are captives of the Uruk-Hai, the very evil orcs that Saruman has concocted. And it is Pippin that is brave enough to figure out how they escape! I read this sequence of the book over and over again (especially the part where they ask for bed and breakfast!) and I just know it will be perfect in the movie!

Nov. 13, 2002 The Fellowship of the Ring Extended DVD edition is out (!) and included among the new scenes are a few wonderful Pippin scenes! In an entirely new scene (At The Green Dragon) we get to see Pippin and Merry, slightly drunk, dancing on a table, and singing a cute song! Actually its a compilation of two songs from the book, The Hobbit Drinking song (Ho Ho Ho to the bottle I go...) and the Bath Song. (Sing Hey! for the bath at close of day....) This irked me slightly that they would combine two songs, since I have memorized all the poems in the book, excepting only a very few short ones. It is, however, an adorable scene (Pippin is so cute!) and one I have watched over and over again and enjoyed it each time!
