Ferazel's Wand Tile Bug Fix 1.0

This fixes all sorts of tile problems in Ferazel's Wand. For example, the level "Labyrinth," there are some places where there are background tiles inexplicably missing, creating awkward square holes. This alternate world data file fixes that and much more.
